libacl1-dev software package provides Access control list static libraries and headers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libacl1-dev
libacl1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libacl1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libacl1-dev *
You will get with libacl1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
